Made by a renowned wine maker Giovanni Fontodi in the Chianti region, in between Florence and Sienna
It is sourced by Jamie Oliver and the Fifteen chef apprentices on an annual sourcing trip to Tuscany
It has a fantastic flavour and best used to finishing dishes and salads; its perfect with freshly baked bread and a balsamic glaze
