Grown in Puglia, southern Italy, these big, juicy olives are so delicious we serve them in pretty much all Jamie’s restaurants. They’re simply gorgeous on their own, served over crushed ice, but they’re also great with antipasti platters and selections of Italian cheeses and meats too.
Jason, our apprentice from Class of 2013, says: “These olives are the best! It’s great that you are able to take them home now as well as eat them in the restaurant.”
Who is this perfect for?
If you know of anyone who’s mentioned how good Fifteen’s olives are (and we wouldn’t be surprised if there are lots), be sure to send them some because they would make a fantastic stocking filler. The proceeds from the olives all go back into the Better Food Foundation and supporting The Fifteen Apprentice Programme.
